FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has hub, levers, needles, tubular shafts connected with its ends to bearings of eight levers of two hubs. Flat members with springs are mounted through rolls on hub axle shafts. Flat members are brought into engagement with tubular shaft rolls upon fixation of needles. Axle shafts are connected with bearings of tubular shaft poles of lifting mechanism. Drive shaft is positioned on bearings inside cavity of lifting mechanism. Drive shaft is connected at its one side through chain drive to ends of axle shafts of two hubs and to cam clutch with power transmission of tillage tool and is connected at its other side through bearing of cam clutch and chain drive to driving traveling wheel mounted on bearings of triangular frame poles. Driven traveling wheel is mounted at frame side opposite to driving traveling wheel in base. Controllable traveling wheel is pivotally secured in frame top part in fork. Needles have restricting members mounted in diametrically opposed relation on four tubular shafts and fixed tangentially to circumscribed circle relative to drive shaft levers through diametrically opposed rolls positioned on ends of tubular shafts. Rolls are engageable with flat members equipped with springs and positioned on rolls of lever ends. Length of levers is equal to length of needles to provide for ejection of weedage grass roots and soil mellowing. EFFECT: improved quality of soil mellowing and increased efficiency in removal of weedage and plant roots. 2 dwg
