SUBSTANCE: separated lactoserum is deoxidized to pH 8-9, heated to 45-50 C, and stirred with 50% aqueous solution of aluminum hydroxide in amounts 0.5-1.0% of the weight of serum. The total is further kept for 50-60 min, after which precipitate is separated. EFFECT: increased yield of separated protein substances, reduced power consumption, and improved quality of purified lactoserum. 2 ex
