The obtained data are used for evaluating high reparative process activity and predomination of angiogenic osteogenesis, normal reparative process activity and synchronous development of osteogenesis processes of desmoid and primary osteogenesis, fibrosing of connective tissue interlayer, retardation of bone production processes and reduction of reparative potential or absence of tissular substrate. The evaluation is carried out during the first three days of distraction, at the end of the first, the second and the third week of distraction and then every two weeks of bone elongation process.
