SUBSTANCE: as an anatomical model one should apply an experimental animal: it is necessary to fix tibia with apparatus for perosseous osteosynthesis, form a segmental defect in median diaphyseal third, isolate the defect against soft tissues with an allobone, fulfill computerized analysis of areas taken from roentgenograms' pictures in frontal and sagittal planes, measure defect's parameters, shadows of regenerate's proximal and distal osseous departments in tested region at every stage of the experiment to calculate their areas. One should calculate average daily gain either proximal or distal osseous departments by applying the following mathematical expression: ADGprox. = Sprox./n, or ADGdist. = Sdist./n, where ADGprox.or dist. - average daily gain of regenerate's proximal and distal osseous departments, Sprox. or dist. - relative area covered by regenerate's proximal or distal osseous departments in defect's area; n - quantity of days when contours of regenerate's departments appear. The innovation enables to evaluate peculiarities of bony tissue growth due to applying available means.
