FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, instruments used in traumatology and orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: osteogenesis stimulation device comprises wire adapted for passage through fractured bone fragment for stimulation of osteogenesis, said wire being fixed to parafracture rings of Ilizarov' apparatus. Two Kirshner' wires are used for monolateral passage of said wire through fractured bone fragment at an angle of 45 deg to bone surface, followed by bending thereof above bone at right angle and securing in plate by means of bolt-type wire retainers, with fixing to parafracture rings of Ilizarov' apparatus being provided by means of brackets, threaded bars, nuts and plates. Osteogenesis is stimulated by distracting of fractured bone fragment and compacting of distraction regenerate. Osteogenesis stimulation device comprises standard set of parts of Ilizarov' apparatus.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced time for treatment of patients with comminuted shank fracture.
