FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with diseases requiring to fulfill right-hand hemicolectomy. The latter is conducted. Stumps of small and large intestines should be mobilized. Uninterrupted suture is applied onto the rest part of the lumen by leaving two ligatures-holders. One should make a cross-sectional incision at anterior wall of large intestine being equal to diameter of small intestine. Due to traction by holders through large-intestinal lumen one should conically protrude its wall into intestinal wound and dissect large-intestinal stump along suture's line. Through serous canal developed one should withdraw small-intestinal stump. Single-row uninterrupted serous-muscular-submucous precision microsurgical suture is applied between small- and large-intestinal walls. Intestinal wound is sutured. Invaginate should be fixed to large-intestinal wall. The method enables to decrease complications of the nearest and remote postoperative period. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 4 dwg, 2 ex
