FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: serous-muscular layer in the form of cuffs of width 10÷12 mm is separated. The cuff edges are anchored to the serous coat by three interrupted sutures. The mucosubmucous layer is tied up with catgut ligatures. A pathological intestinal segment is removed. Four equispaced traction sutures are applied on duplex cuffs of the serous-muscular layer. The posterior and lateral anastomosis lines are formed by three uninterrupted sutures to the duplex cuffs. The intestinal stumps of the serous-muscular layer are pulled together and aligned by pulling up the catgut ligatures. A titanium nickelide compression apparatus consisting of wire loops is introduced. The catgut ligatures are cut off. The anterior anastomosis line is created by uninterrupted sutures to the duplex cuffs.
EFFECT: improved visual control, faster anastomosis healing.
