FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow silicon rod and ligature. The ligature comes through the rod and forms loop outside of its working end. The working rod end introduceable into the abdominal cavity has two through draining openings. The openings are positioned one above the other and oriented along the longitudinal rod axis. The opposite end of the rod enables one to bring the cannula with tube for carrying out passive draining. Opening for bringing outside the free ends of ligature with clamping unit being mounted on the ligature of the clamping unit.
