FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating parietal peritoneum through an oblique incision in ilioinguinal area. Retroperitoneoscope is introduced towards the external inguinal ring. The internal inguinal canal orifice, spermatic cord, the external inguinal canal orifice, hernial sac and pubic articulation are isolated. Retroperitoneoscope knife is rotated in perpendicular to the musculus rectus abdomini. The peritoneum is separated 4-5 cm upwards from the pubic articulation to reach the volume of the visualized space. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2cl, 2 dwg
