FIELD: phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: implant has support made from carbon-carbon material and shaped as rectangular prism with cruciform base, said base being provided with (i) at least one open-end passage 5 mm in diameter oriented in parallel to base and filled with antibacterial preparation and (ii) at least one perpendicularly oriented passage communicated with open-end passage, whereas the base has also a hole with cable electrode installed therein. Implant allows performing several types of healing effects on backbone, backbone-surrounding tissues, and likewise on neural tissue of spinal cord resulting in antibiotic-mediated suppression of tubercular microbacteria and pyogenic flora. These effects lead to stabilization of backbone, provide electrostimulation of spinal cord, and reduce number of additional invasive surgical manipulations and thereby possible complications. EFFECT: reduced treatment expenses and enhanced treatment effects. 5 cl, 2 dwg
