FIELD: perfume-cosmetic, pharmaceutical industry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing agents easily penetrating through skin. One or more species of essential oils of coniferous tree strains are used as extractants. One or more species of vegetable and/or animal raw taken in the ratio from 1:1 to 1:30 are used as raw. The combined effect by microwave-fields and ultrasonic oscillation is used in extraction carrying out being vegetable and/or animal raw is used as freshly stored raw preserved by extractant or as conventionally stored dried raw. The combined effect in extraction involves preliminary treatment of mixture of extractant and extracting agent by ultrasonic oscillation for 10-20 min followed by the simultaneous effect by continuous and pulsed microwave-fields with impulse frequency 10 kHz, not less, at impulse duration 1-10 mcs for 5-30 min and then by ultrasonic oscillation for 4-10 h.
