FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering a biologically active additive two days before chemotherapy beginning at a dose of 10-15 ml twice a day. Leukocyte number in blood and transaminases level are determined before and after administering the chemotherapy course. Leukocyte number being below 3,3×109/l 3,0×109/l and/or transaminases level being 1.5-2 times as high as a norm, the preparation dose is doubled. The preparation is diluted with 0.9% physiological salt solution. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of complications.
