FIELD: polymer production and polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of polypropylene-based heat- and electroconductive materials, which may be used in manufacture of resistors, tensometric deformation transducers, waveguides, screens, radiators, etc. in chemical, electric industries, and mechanical engineering. Material is prepared by polymerization of propylene on the surface of a carbon material particles between 150 and 5 mm in size and preliminarily treated with organoaluminum compound, polymerization being carried out in presence of metallocenecontaining organometallic catalytic system and said organoaluminum compound being polymethylalumoxane. Content of carbon material varies from 8 to 90 wt %.Invention enables synthesis of composite materials based on stereoregular polypropylene using any type of carbon filler and control of not only of molecular weight of prepared polymer but also microstructure of resulting polypropylene. Heat- and electroconductive material obtained according to this method contains particles of carbon material coated with isotactic or sindiotactic polypropylene.
