FIELD: catalysts in chemical industry, in production of polyolefins. SUBSTANCE: described are new anssa-zirconocene with cyclosilane bridge of general formula IV: wherein R¹ = H,CH₃,C₂H₅;R² = H, linear or branched C₁ to C₄ alkyl; aryl; A is A = BC₈H₁₄; MR₃, M is tin or silicon, R is linear or branced C₁ to C₄, alkyl; aryl; and method of preparation thereof. Method comprises synthesizing substituted indene, preparing lithium salt of indene and reacting the latter with 1,1- dichloro-2,5-dihydroxylol in diethyl ether and subsequently reacting the resulting dilithium salt of corresponding bis-indenyl ligand with silicon bridge with zirconium tetrachloride to give corresponding zirconecene and heating it in tetrahydrofuran with alkyl(aryl)derivative of boron monohydride, tin or silicon. Method makes it possible to obtain high yield of intermediate products and desired product and permit increasing content of active racemic form in metallic complex.
