FIELD: insect control facilities. SUBSTANCE: fibrous material is made in the form of cellulose sheet, which is preliminarily treated with whitening reactant and is used as cellulose-containing carrier impregnated with repellent or insecticide. Whitening reactant is selected from the group comprising oxygen, chlorine dioxide or combination thereof. Fibrous material may be used for protecting from domestic insects as well as for protecting animals in agricultural production. EFFECT: increased efficiency in insect control. 2 tbl
