INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE COOLING METHOD Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2200237 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines in which large amount of heat energy is liberated in operation and is to be removed. According to proposed method, absorption cooling machine is built into cooling system of internal combustion engine. Said machine provides removal of heat energy, heating of cooling agent of absorption cooling machine by exhaust gases in generator and evaporation of cooling agent in evaporator. Cold is produced using difference of heat flows of exhaust gases and ambient medium. EFFECT: simplified design, preservation of energy. 1 dwg
