FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: it is suggested to inject preparation into portal vein of hepatic lobe-target (lobe-tumor-carrier) at occlusion of both afferent and efferent lobar vessels for 5-15 min. Teraphthal is used as such a preparation and after occlusion is over one should additionally inject ascorbic acid into the branch of portal vein. Or photosens is used as such a preparation and 10-35 min after occlusion is over one should carry out laser irradiation of tumor. The method provides predominant accumulation of preparations in hepatic lobe-target, their poor penetration into systemic blood flow that enables to decrease the dosage of preparation and its total toxicity.
