FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology, and may be used for modifying photodynamic therapy. For this purpose a session of photodynamic therapy is added with a therapeutic course of anti-inflammatory therapy. That is ensured by a propionic acid derivative and a fibrinolysis inhibitor immediately after the termination of light exposure and continued to complete reduction of acute inflammatory reactions.
EFFECT: method allows higher efficacy of photodynamic therapy, decreased manifestations of photoinduced non-specific inflammation, stopped oedema, inhibited growth of new vessels in regenerative tissues, longer ischemia of damaged tissue and prevented active tumour growth recovery.
