SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a water-soluble dosage form of a photosensitizer of the near-IR spectral region for photodynamic therapy of meso-tetra(3-pyridyl)bacteriochlorin (λmax = 747 nm) of the structural formula:  , which is a lyophilizate for the preparation of a solution for infusions, containing a non-ionic surfactant kolliphor ELP, mannitol and citric acid at the next optimum content of auxiliary components per 1 mg of active ingredient: kolliphor ELP – 80 mg±10 %; D(-)-mannitol – 200 mg ± 10 %; citric acid – 0.5 mg ± 10 %.
