FIELD: building industry branch, namely production of building articles of concrete-base mixtures, particularly manufacture of thin-wall tubes for sewage, water supply systems and rubbish chutes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing basalt fibre reinforced concrete mixture containing cement as binder, basalt fibres and sand; shaping articles by vibration pressing of such mixture in detachable die; curing shaped article and striking it; using concrete mixture at least with one expansion additive; using as basalt fibre basalt roving containing up to 2400 elemental filaments with thickness 10 - 12 micrometers; at agitating dry components of mixture with basalt fibres, opening fibres and then adding water; shaping tube by vibration pressing in vertically arranged detachable die; placing said die in horizontal position after termination of shaping process for further curing and striking it. Tubes made by such method feature explosion hazard property at heating until temperature more than 700 C. EFFECT: lowered water absorption, enhanced strength characteristics of tubes. 2 cl
