FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the industry of building materials, namely to the method of manufacturing fiber reinforced foam blocks and slabs for ventilated facades of various colors, as well as foam blocks lined with one or more sides with plates used in the manufacture of precast and monolithic reinforced concrete products and structures, and lines for the manufacture of these foam blocks and slabs. In the method of manufacturing basalt-fiber-reinforced foam concrete blocks and slabs, including the preparation of a mixture of cement, quartz sand, a component of dispersed reinforcement – basalt fiber and an aqueous solution of a foaming agent in three stages of mixing, the cement-sand mixture after the second stage of mixing is sent along two streams: to obtain foam blocks into a turbulent mixer and/or to obtain plates into a high-speed mixer, Resulting types of basalt-fibro-reinforced compositions are poured into two streams in installation forms for the manufacture of blocks or slabs, then they are thermo packed to obtain the necessary strength of the products. Line for the manufacture of basalt-fiber-reinforced foam concrete blocks and slabs, used to carry out the above method, consists of a module for receiving and processing a cement-sand mixture consisting of a tank for sand, a container for cement, a container for water, a cavitation mixer, an accumulator of a cement-sand mixture, a gyratory pump; mixing module prepared cement-sand mixture with a foaming agent and basalt fiber, consisting of a mixture dispenser, a wet-grinding disintegrator, a turbulent mixer, high-speed mixer; module for casting of the obtained types of basalt-fibro-reinforced compositions, including casting forms for foam blocks and plates; thermal hardening module, including the drive of transport carts, thermo sealing units for foam blocks and slabs; central control panel of the line.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the compressive strength of basalt-fiber-reinforced foam blocks and plates, a reduction in material, labor and energy costs in the manufacture of finished products.
