FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction materials and specifically to compositions of light fibre-concrete mixes, and can be used in production of elements of internal walls, in particular mortar plates for erection of inter-room and inter-apartment partitions and so forth. Raw mixture for light fibre concrete comprises, vol. fraction: portland cement 0.08–0.11, quartz sand with fineness modulus 2.2 0.21–0.36, fine porous aggregate - expanded clay sand or aerated concrete scrap 0.45–0.6, non-metallic reinforcing fibres - mixture of low-modulus polypropylene and high-module basalt fibres at their volume ratio of 1:(0.4 … 2.3) and length exceeding maximum size of fine aggregate in 2…4.8 times, 0.003–0.01, Macromer P-163 superplasticiser 0.001–0.0015, water is the rest.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of lightweight structural-heat-insulating fibre concrete with high strength, crack resistance and air noise insulation index.
