FIELD: building and other industry branches. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing 1 in which mandrel is mounted. Said mandrel has two butt joined (first and second) sections 2 and 3 made of elastically deformed material such as polyethylene. Mechanism for moving section 2 is mounted on housing; said mechanism is in the form of hollow guiding rod 6 with telescopic tip 7 and coupling 8, both are jointly connected through radial stops with first section 2. Coupling 8 is joined with drive unit of pusher 11. Guiding rod 6 and section 3 are jointly connected by means of radial tie bars 13 with possibility of moving section 3 relative to housing and with possibility of deforming it along diameter. Reverse stroke limiter 14 of section 3 is mounted on housing at level corresponding to arrangement of radial tie bars 13 normally relative to guiding rod. At drawing tube 4 apart second section 3 is tightened due to changing inclination angle of radial tie bars 13 and its diameter is decreased. It simplifies tube movement along second section after molding. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of apparatus. 6 dwg
