FIELD: space engineering; testing communication satellites. SUBSTANCE: prior to starting the tests, liquid cooling passages of modules are connected by means of flexible pipe lines filled preliminarily with heat-transfer agent. At the end of tests, prior to disconnecting the flexible pipe lines from rigid cooling passages, temperature of heat-transfer agent is raised by 3-5 C above ambient temperature. Prior to tests, dose of heat-transfer agent determined by preset relationship is drained from liquid cavity of volume compensator. In conducting the tests, pressure of electric pumping unit increased by magnitude of hydraulic resistance of flexible pipe lines at required flow rate of heat-transfer agent is maintained. Flexible pipe lines connected to liquid cooling passages of modules are provided with hydraulic connectors and compensating units whose flexible members are kept in fixed position when flexible pipe lines are interconnected. Length of flexible pipe lines exceeds height of module of auxiliary systems by 0.5-2 m. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; facilitated testing procedure; reduced testing time. 3 cl, 4 dwg
