FIELD: ammunition, manufacture of electric ammunition fuzes. SUBSTANCE: electric ammunition fuze has body, primary ignition substance, electric igniter to ignite primary ignition substance, source of electric energy for initiation of electric igniter, pyrotechnic heater of source of electric energy. Heat-activated chemical source of electric energy with solid electrolyte based on aluminosilicate or aluminophosphate glass displaying high ionic conductivity and low coefficient of linear thermal expansion is used as source of electric energy. Technical result of invention lies in increased safety of storage and employment of electric ammunition fuzes, in prolonged time of their guaranteed storage and operational reliability, in expanded temperature range of their use, widened functional capabilities and application field, in expanded arsenal of electric ammunition fuzes.
