FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment, and more specifically to design of powder pressure accumulator intended for actuation of aerodynamic surfaces of aircrafts. Pressure accumulator consists of igniter 2 arranged sequentially in housing 1, of combustion chamber 3 with powder charge 4, of detonation unit with initiating suspension 5 and working suspension 6, pressed into blind hole of housing 1, wherein initiation portion 5 adjoins igniter 2. Igniter charge 7 is located coaxially to detonating unit with weights 5 and 6 in blind hole of housing 1, made on the side of combustion chamber 3 and adjoining it. Initiating charge 5 and working suspension 6 are made of secondary explosive, and ignition charge 7 is made of explosive material. Blind hole with ignition charge 7 located in it has diameter d. Distance S (thickness of the pressure wall) along the axis between the detonating unit with initiating weighed portion 5, operating weight 6 and ignition charge 7 is determined from ratio (0.3⋅d + 1.6)≤S <(0.3⋅d + 1.6)⋅1.5.

EFFECT: proposed device allows improving performance characteristics, namely, increasing operating temperature range, increasing response speed of pressure accumulator, improving operating safety of this device, improving weight and size characteristics.
