FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, specifically to X-ray equipment, and is designed for X-ray diagnostic medical apparatuses used for detection of bone tissue destruction, e.g. in patients suffering from vibration disease. Said X-ray tube comprises a cylindrical vacuum glass bulb with a hemispherical output window wherein a rod-shaped anode, a cathode connected to a high-voltage pulse source, and a coaxial light guide with its optical output directed to the cathode and its optical input attached to the laser. The anode rod is made of tungsten and has a pointed flange surrounded with the cathode that is represented by a cylindrical holder with tungsten needle flanges fixed thereon. Above the optical output of the light guide, surface of the bulb hemisphere is covered with a reflecting layer.
EFFECT: invention use allows improving evenness of X-rays intensity.
