FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising cicatrix. Skin is separated on both sides of the skin wound at a distance 5 times as large as the excised cicatrix width. U-shaped suture from resoluble material is applied to internal side of the wound. First the separated sutures and then the continuous blanket suture from non-resoluble material are applied to external boundary of the wound. Cicatrix is excised to the superficial fascia level in particular cases. Separate interrupted sutures are stitched with polyester 5-0, and Dephelon 5-0 is used in making the continuous blanket suture in particular cases.
