SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with separating scar-altered cutaneous fragment with bordering cutaneous incision followed by its deepithelization. Then one should separate intact skin from both sides against skin wound. Separated edges of skin wound should be tightened upwards to be applied onto deepithelized fragment and adapted with two types of surgical sutures: P-shaped intracutaneous out of absorbable material and with interrupted ones out of nonabsorbable material.
EFFECT: higher cosmetic effect of operation.
