FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to container with pumping device to discharge liquid contents, for instance, liquid medicine. Neck of bottle is provided with sealing insert with bottom closed in initial position and opened under action of end section in insert before activation of pumping means owing to the fact that part of pump body is turned forward in axial direction of container. Intake chamber is arranged between bottom of insert and pumping means for holding active substance which mixes with liquid from container when bottom opens. Thanks to it liquid medicine containing active agent can be delivered by vacuum pump even if active agent cannot remain stable during long storage. EFFECT: taking in and discharge of liquid with active substance which does not feature lasting stability. 9 cl, 4 dwg
