FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: check valve to release fluid from the container comprises an outer cap that is attached to the container neck and contains an outlet duct for fluid. Between the container and the outer cap the valve body is located made of elastic material. The valve body passes over the opening of the container neck and contains a protrusion, which protrudes into the outlet duct of the outer cap and is located in it with the possibility of reciprocating movement, at that there is space between the inner wall of the outlet duct and the outer periphery of the protrusion. The invention is characterised by the fact that the wall of the valve body is separated by at least one incision which opens when pressure is applied to the container to enable possibility of passage of fluid through the incision to this space, at that with the absence of pressure the specified at least one incision is closed again.

EFFECT: invention is characterised by simple design.
