FIELD: lighter-than-air flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus has case with air and helium ballonets and engine nacelle. Case is made in form of spherical segments. Curvature of upper spherical segment exceeds curvature of lower one. Rigid framework is arranged inside said case. Located along axis of case is framework strut whose one end is engageable with upper part of case and other end is engageable with its lower part; nacelle is mounted on the outside of lower part of case for rotation through 360 deg. Thrust vectors of cruise engines mounted on this nacelle may deflect up and down. Suspended from framework by means of angular brackets is ring-shaped frame. Free ends of bracket carry engines provided with blades. On lower side of brackets, cargo ropes are provided along axis of each engine. Ring-shaped frame is provided with radial diaphragm which is engageable with lower end of vertical strut where access hatch is available. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency. 5 cl, 5 dwg
