FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing organomineral fertilizers. Brown coal is reduced to 0.5-1200 mcm degree of dispersion, then it is supplemented with alkali and, additionally, sugars and surface-active substances at the following quantitative ratio of components, weight%: brown coal 67-88, alkali 7.0-22, sugars 0.4-3.0, surface-active substances 0.05-0.3. Obtained mixture is diluted with water at weight ratio being 1:5-10, correspondingly, and kept at constant mixing for 1 h. Then comes spray drying at 200-400 C for 2.5-3.0 sec. The innovation enables to obtain ecologically pure humic fertilizer at higher biological activity and stimulating properties. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 ex
