FIELD: storage of farming products including frozen food products. SUBSTANCE: cold storage has cellar and surface structure. Cellar has floor, ceiling, and walls lined with water ice. Heat-insulating and-water-proofing circuit is made in soil at certain distance from side walls. This circuit is essentially combination of heat insulating material and sheet or plaster water-proofing materials. Heatinsulating and water-proofing circuit is disposed either at same depth as cellar floor or below it. Cellar is provided with natural ventilation system.
