FIELD: milk cooling devices for farming. SUBSTANCE: surface building provided with warmth-keeping contains ice-box with ice stack. This building is connected via tambour with building having rooms for accumulator-heat exchanger with doors in two side walls and room for cooling milk separated from it by means of dead wall. Cone-shaped accumulator-heat exchanger is divided by means of horizontal partition having perforations into upper portion for ice and lower portion for ice water. This lower portion is connected with reservoir for cooling milk. Used as source of cold is ice in summer, ice and cold outside air in spring and autumn and cold outside air admitted to accumulator-heat exchanger through doors in side walls in water. EFFECT: all-season cooling of milk even at absence of electric power. 3 dwg
