FIELD: disinfection. SUBSTANCE: innovation deals with antiseptic preparation to be applied for hygienic disinfection of medicinal personnel hands, for treating surgeons' hands and operation field. The suggested antiseptic preparation includes ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, 5-oxy-1,4-naphthoquinone, mixture of myristyl and lauryl alcohols, glycerol and water at the following ratio of components, wt. %: ethanol, 20-30; isopropyl alcohol, 30-40; 5-0xy-1,4-naphthoquinone, 0.0001-0.005; mixture of myristyl and lauryl alcohols, 0.3-0.7; glycerol, 0.05-0.2; water, the balance. Said preparation is characterized by complete absence of sporous forms of pathogenic microorganisms. It provides high quality of disinfection, efficient skin protection for sufficiently long period of time (about 5 h) being safe in application for it causes no allergic reactions. EFFECT: higher efficiency of disinfection.
