SUBSTANCE: device has body with cover and filter element and magnets arranged inside it, inlet pipe union and outlet branch pipe fitted body; filter element is made in form of truncated cone widening downward; wide part of this cone is provided with dirt accumulating branch pipe having threaded slit; magnets are made in form of coil also having shape of truncated cone widening in upper part; inlet pipe union is provided with threaded slit and outlet branch pipe is located tangentially relative to body.
