FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to devices for cleaning liquid fuel and preparing it for combustion. The fuel filter has housing, provided with a cover, filter element, inlet connection which is fitted on the cover along the axis of the housing, an outlet connection pipe, a funnel shaped settler, the narrow bottom part of which faces downwards. The cover is removable and is in form of a plate, the bottom of which faces upwards. Along the walls of the settler, there is an electromagnet with the shape of a flattened cone which widens upwards. The inlet connection is joined to a pipe, fitted along the axis of the housing. At the end of the pipe, below the filter element, in the horizontal plane, there is a distributor, made in form of pipes, bent into semicircles. The pipes are installed symmetrically about the axis of the housing. The outlet connection pipe is fitted in the cover at a tangent to the housing in the direction of the curve of the pipes, relative the axis of the housing. The settler is provided with a spill for draining pollutants, fitted in its bottom part.

EFFECT: improvement in quality of cleaning fuel and preparing it for combustion.
