FIELD: air ventilation and conditioning.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises heat exchanger with pad for collecting condensate in the exhaust-ventilation apparatus and heat exchanger in the forced-ventilation apparatus. The heat exchangers are interconnected through pipelines for circulating antifreeze. The apparatus are provided with air valves with electric drives, fans actuated from the electric motors that are turning on and off by means of magnetic starter, and filters for protecting the heat exchanger against dust. The operation of the circulation pump is controlled automatically.
