FIELD: conditioning systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioning, namely to devices in which the primary conditioned air is supplied from one central station to a distribution point in secondary processing rooms, and can be used in residential, public and administrative buildings. Device for exhaust air heat recovery contains an inlet heat extracting plate heat exchanger with an inlet fan at its input, and an exhaust heat-releasing plate heat exchanger with an exhaust fan at its input. Heat exchangers are connected by pipelines, through which antifreezing agent circulates by the pump. Frequency converter connected to the control unit is connected to the pump. First and second temperature sensors are located respectively at the inlet and outlet of the heat extracting heat exchanger. Third and fourth temperature sensors are located respectively at the inlet and outlet of the heat-releasing heat exchanger. As a sensor for monitoring condensation freezing, a differential pressure sensor is selected, its ends are located at the inlet and outlet of the heat-releasing heat exchanger. Temperature sensors and a differential pressure sensor are connected to the control unit.
