FIELD: medicine, rheology. SUBSTANCE: innovation deals with diagnostics and therapy of different disorders in cerebral circulation. One should determine hydrodynamic resistance of blood sample in turbulent mode before and after introduction of polyethylenoxide into blood at concentration of 2*10-6. Then one should detect concentration of high-molecular DNA fragments of blood plasma sample to compare it with alteration of hydrodynamic resistance observed after introduction of polyethylenoxide into blood against initial hydrodynamic resistance. Degree for disorders in blood rheological properties is higher the higher the value of hydrodynamic resistance alteration is towards the decrease. Lower concentrations of high-molecular DNA fragments of blood plasma sample correspond to higher values of hydrodynamic blood resistance alterations. EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
