FIELD: expanded-spectrum communication systems. SUBSTANCE: shared use of code-division multiplex-transmission channel or code-division multiple-access channel by plurality of transmitters is enabled due to orthogonal signals transmitted over these channels. Plurality of channel orthogonal codes Wi(t) are generated, channel orthogonal codes and pseudonoise code polynomia being assigned to each transmitter in predetermined way. Transmitters generate channel using orthogonal code Wi(t) for each data signal channel and expand spectrum of each data signal with aid of spectrum-expanding pseudonoise code. Each transmitter makes use of same spectrum-expanding pseudonoise codes and time shifts. Neither of channel codes is assigned to more than one transmitter when these transmitters share code division multiple-transmission channel. Pending transmission expanded-spectrum signals are summed up in each transmitter to form one composite signal. Shifts are pre-corrected in time to equalize their time in receivers. Signal frequencies are also pre- corrected for equalizing their frequencies in receiving devices. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of communication system. 30 cl, 7 dwg
