FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: given system and method are proposed to raise operational carrying capacity of arbitrary access channel with time quantization in communication system with expanded spectrum with the aid of access sonde comprising several parts. First and second parts of preamble of access sonde are modulated with use of short code pseudo noise-sequence and second part of preamble and the rest of access sonde are modulated with the aid of long code pseudo noise-sequence. Information subject to transmission with access sonde is modulated in second part of access sonde and access sonde is so sent that first part of preamble of sonde is within limits of boundaries of quantum of access channel. According to first variant of implementation of invention time quanta in access channels employed for reception of access signals have length equal to length of first part. In compliance with another variant time quanta in assemblage of neighboring access channels used for reception of access channel can be longer than first part but time-shifted relative one another by length or period of first part.
