SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a subscriber device and method of using it in a wireless communication system. A set of subscriber channels (A, B, C and a control channel) with individual amplification control are formed by using a set of orthogonal subchannel codes (Walsh+ -, Walsh + + --), with a small number of elements "ПШ" of expansion code in the period of each orthogonal signal. The set of subchannel codes can include four Walsh codes, each of which is orthogonal to the rest of the codes in the set. It is preferable to use four subchannels, since this allows for using shorter orthogonal codes, although it is possible to use more channels and, consequently, longer codes. In the preferred version validation data and control data are combined in a single channel. The remaining two transmission channels are used for transmitting non-regulated digital data, containing user data, or call data or both these types of data.
EFFECT: improved quality of wireless communication.
