FIELD: agriculture, plant protection. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with preventing plants against fungous diseases due to pre-sowing treatment of seeds. The suggested composition includes active component and target additives - phosphatide concentrate, alkali and water. As active component one should use feeding fish meal at quantity of 30.0-35.0 weight%, target additives - the rest. The method to protect plants against fungous diseases deals with application of the above-mentioned composition for seeds' treatment at the dosage of 10.0- 15.0 l/t seeds before seeding.
