Bed base is fixed on the proximal phalanx side together with its base. Nail plate section is carried out in the area of nail bed and nail phalanx osteotomy is carried out. The distal portion of the nail phalanx is moved together with the distal portion of the nail plate. Section is carried out transversely with respect to phalanx axis in particular cases.
