The articulation is developed. When retained, the subchondral periosteal graft is attached to one of autografts in particular cases at the area of lateral ligament attachment. Another particular case involves fixing each graft in controlled movable mode for eliminating residual deformations of the articular surface. One more particular case characterized by loss of subchondral periosteal plate involves fixing the lateral ligament to external surface of one of autografts at the place of lateral ligament attachment.
