FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition used for topical application containing human epidermis growth factor (hEGF). Wound- healing composition is prepared using 5-15 wt.-% of copolymer polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene with viscosity 4-10 sP at 37 C, 60 rev/min, as the composition base for topical application. Invention provides improvement of capacity of human epidermis growth factor to heal wounds and, therefore, the composition can be used for healing cutaneous lesions including wounds, cuts, burns and so on.
