FIELD: sportive equipment. SUBSTANCE: muscle exercising apparatus is made in the form of clothing parts manufactured from interlock knitted elastic fabric. Even courses of knitted fabric are made of non-stretchable thread and odd courses are made of loops, each comprising non-stretchable and elastic threads. Even courses have additional throws of elastic threads. Courses are oriented in longitudinal direction with respect to working direction of muscles. Sizes of clothing parts are smaller than sizes of body parts by 8-42%. Apparatus may be made in the form of clothing and is adapted for applying physical loading to certain muscles in the process of exercising. It may be also used for rehabilitation of patients, during working under weightlessness conditions in space industry and in other vital activities requiring physical loading of human muscles.
