FIELD: muscle exercising technique used in sports, medicine, astronautics and other kinds of human activities requiring additional artificial loading of individual's muscles.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus is made in the form of clothing part made from elastic knitted fabric manufactured by interlock weaving method. Apparatus has additional parts arranged adjacent to leg region, in particular, in the vicinity of its internal part. Additional parts are made from elastic knitted ribs fabric of 1+1 pattern, said fabric consists of weft elastomer threads at tension of 10-24 H. Apparatus may be made in the form of trousers or coveralls.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by enhancing loading force applied to muscles of internal of individual's leg thigh.
